What clubs ask before getting started
How does a padel court booking system work?
You set up your courts, their hours and their rates once. From then on your customers see real availability and book on their own from your club's link, the app or WhatsApp with CourtAI. Every booking blocks the court instantly, so a time slot can't be double-booked.
How much does CourtBit cost?
There's a free plan to try it and a paid plan with full access. The details are on the pricing page.
Does CourtBit charge the club a fee?
No. The player pays the fee, and only when paying by card online. If your club takes cash or bank transfers, there's no CourtBit fee.
Can I get paid through Mercado Pago?
Yes. You connect your own Mercado Pago account and the money goes straight there. You can also use Stripe. One processor is active at a time, and you can switch whenever you want from your dashboard.
Can I get paid through Stripe?
Yes, with Stripe Connect. Checkout is built into the booking link and the player app, and payouts arrive in your bank automatically.
Do players need to download an app?
No. They book from your club's link without downloading anything or creating an account, or over WhatsApp with CourtAI. The native iOS and Android app is for frequent players, who also see their matches and their ranking.
Can I block time slots?
Yes. You block a court for maintenance, a tournament or a private event and it stops being offered immediately, without having to tell anyone.
Can I manage several courts?
Yes, and several venues too. Each court has its own hours, rate and rules, and they all show up on the same calendar. You can also reserve several courts in a single booking.
What happens if a player cancels?
You set the rules: how far in advance they can cancel and whether a refund applies, even as store credit in their wallet. The slot becomes available again automatically for another player to take.
How long does it take to set up my club?
